Cottonwood Flats Development | Jackson, WY

65 residential two- and three-bedroom duplex home development built in the heart of Jackson Hole

River Springs

Prior to CCC’s investment, the “River Springs” property was a 60 acre gravel extraction and sales operation located directly adjacent to the Snake River in Jackson, WY. CCC acquired the property and began the process to reclaim, optimize fish and wildlife habitat, and designate three separate single- family home sites on the property. River Springs was sold during the reclamation process and is now home to a public park.

Fish Creek Ridge

CCC acquired a rare three acre property along Fish Creek Road in Wilson, WY. Upon acquisition, CCC forged a partnership with a local contractor and architect to design and build a luxury residential home. The project was finished within two years and sold upon completion.

Bar B Bar Ranch

CCC acquired the most sought after ranch development in Teton County totaling over 400 acres inclusive of an extraordinary luxury home. Upon acquisition, CCC optimized fish and wildlife habitat through stream restoration and land stewardship and began their sales and marketing program. The Bar B Bar ranches is now home to several great stewards of the remarkable ranch.
